Return Policy

At True Comics, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality comic book collectibles. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve created a straightforward Returns and Refunds policy to ensure a smooth experience for you.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The comic books must be in the same condition as when you received them—unopened, ungraded, and undamaged.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Graded comics (due to the nature of the grading system).

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at truecomics679@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.

4. Refunds
Once the return is processed and approved:

  • If your return is eligible, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • If your return is not eligible, we will notify you and send the item back to you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide us with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping fees.

6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In the case of returns for damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs.
